Marc Butorac
Board Chairman
Marc has worked in the engineering and architectural industry for 29 years and serves as the Board of Directors Chairman for Digiwest. In addition to his corporate oversight role, Marc provides strategic visioning for the firm. Outside of Digiwest, Marc has served as president to industrial groups such as the American Council of Engineering Companies and the Institute of Transportation Engineering and the University of Idaho Civil Engineering Advisory Board. He also serves on multiple corporate boards and as a Vice President with IT oversight for a 300+ person engineering company.
Paul White
CEO
Paul brings a broad background of experience and perspective developed over the course of more than 30 years in operations and information technology leadership. Paul provides strategic perspective on Digiwest’s current and future technology needs, industry trends and threats. As part of the firm’s technology leadership team, Paul identifies firmwide technology objectives and strategy to help keep Digiwest on the cutting edge of transportation services, software and systems. Paul is the founder of Digiwest Managed Services as well as BlueMAC Analytics, and architect of their unique approach to hardware, software and Support services as well as data analytic system. Outside of work, Paul has held elected office as a representative in Colorado and has been a board member at Oregon State University, Washington State University and the University of North Carolina. He has also held a chair-level position with the Oregon ORLA. Paul loves spending time with his family and tries to stay active – commuting by bicycle and participating in three to four Ironman and Spartan events each year.
Sanjeev Pradhan
Network Systems Engineer
Sanjeev is the Senior Network and Systems Engineer working for Digiwest LLC, for over 18 years with experience providing network support to various clients requiring different systems and services to accomplish their business objectives. Sanjeev is certified to deploy and program many different IT infrastructure applications and languages Sanjeev has partnered with multiple state, federal and private sector organizations in design and deployment of internal and cloud technologies. Sanjeev has extensive experience with network design and implementation, systems design and deployment requirements and studies for network infrastructure, data center design and assembly, equipment procurement project and operations management. In his free time, Sanjeev enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children hiking and watching sports.
Josh Moore
Network Systems Engineer/Account Manager
Josh has over 15 years’ experience working on Networks and servers. Josh attended Lower Columbia College with a degree in Computer Networking and Computer Programming. After receiving his degree, Josh worked in IT support services for his university and later, for an independent IT services in Southwest Washington State. Since graduating, Josh has continued his education. Josh has continued his education receiving A+ and Network+ certifications, Cisco CCNA and CNP certificates, security certificates for ethical hacking, CEH as well as MCTS, MCITO Microsoft certifications. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, barbequing, playing golf and video gaming.
Rob Bahmer
IT Analyst/Account Manager
Rob entered the information technology field following a career in hotel and restaurant management. He brings extensive customer service experience and a client-based skill set to his work at Digiwest, where he is currently expanding his knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with an MCSA and A+ certifications. Rob works with the support services team as well as a client account manager. In his free time, Rob enjoys Medieval period re-enactment, metal work and design and working on the family farm.
Austin Parker
IT Support Services
Austin attended school at Portland Community College (PCC). Over the course of his academic career, he has received multiple degrees in the fields of Computer Science and Technology. Austin is currently working on additional certifications in Cyber Security. Austin is a key member of our support services team, handles much of our PC support matters and direct client relations. When Austin is not at work or studying he enjoys building computer circuit hardware, spending time with his dogs and playing video games.
Jess Adams
IT Systems Engineer/Account Manager
After growing up in Vernonia OR. Jess attended the University of Cincinnati and received a degree in Computer Network Systems. Through high school and college, Jess worked in food services and retail prior to starting with and IT service firm prior to graduating college. Jess has advanced certifications with Cisco networking and switching as well as extensive experience with servers, Microsoft products and services. Jess is a serious musician, playing drums with local band groups. Jess also enjoys cooking and woodworking.
Ian Cameron
Senior Software Developer
Ian graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Computer Science and specializes in front and backend coding. Ian has been working in the field as a technology solutions expert with Digiwest for over 15 years. From an IT background, he’s been able to apply technology to the transportation engineering industry. His skill sets include web development, software design, networking, and hardware development. He was a creator of BlueMAC Bluetooth data collection hardware and data analytics software. Currently, he does programming for Digiwest clients, helping over 1000 engineers, planners, drafters, and support staff.
Matt Miles
IT Support Services
Matt built a strong foundation in technology back in high school through formal education and internships. He advanced quickly from helpdesk roles to more complex positions in systems and security administration. His passion is optimizing workflows, enhancing security, and delivering scalable IT solutions for clients. Today, he specializes in cloud-based identity and device management, cybersecurity strategies, and automating processes to streamline business operations.
Jasmine Cockerill
IT Support Services/Account Manager
Jasmine began her IT career in helpdesk support where she honed her technical expertise and earned multiple certifications. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities quickly propelled her into more advanced roles. Now serving as an Account Manager, Jasmine leverages in-depth technical knowledge to ensure every aspect of client satisfaction and support is addressed, delivering a seamless and positive client experience.
Karl Fischer
IT Support Services
Karl joins our group after working the past two plus years with the Arista Networking, providing support for their network router and security system. At Arista, Karl’s responsibilities included supervising the support team, and handling escalated support service for commercial clients. In addition to his time with Arista, Karl has IT certificates, including his CompTIA A+ certification for computer systems. Karl joins our staff as an IT Analyst in the Portland, OR office.
